Founded in 2021 during the Covid-19 pandemic our aim is to provide a platform for pipers, mainly but not exclusively with a connection with the North West of England, to perform before an audience in a location of their choosing in an annual competition in the Spring and also in the Autumn in the more relaxed environment of a recital.
